Finally life gave me the opportunity to travel to Mexico and while on the beach peering out upon the turquoise waters, I knew I had found my passion in life, travel. Fast forward to today, I've been blessed to be able to travel to 23 countries with more on the list! I've planned each trip with the assistance of my daughter. Processes
People ask me all the time, “How does it all work? What exactly do you do?” Well, here are some answers to help you understand what I do and how I can benefit you and immensely change your vacation planning experience.
I design custom itineraries that perfectly match your interests. For sun-seekers, I offer a curated selection of all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico, promising fun and/or relaxation in paradise whether you are honeymooners, empty nesters or anything in between. If you are ready to explore a little further from home, we also have that covered! I can help you build a tailored travel experience for Europe, Africa, South America, or Asia to include flights, hotels, ground transportation, trains, tours, restaurant recommendations and anything else you need handled to make your vacation one to remember! And don’t forget I can assist you in planning visits to Universal, Disney as well as other domestic travel such as National Parks, Alaska, or Hawaii.
My service also includes complete travel management so you have my guidance and full support before, during and after you travel.
Step 1: Consultation
Consulting starts with questions. I get to know what you want from your vacation and you will know what we will do to make it the best it can be. Things like, do you like a boutique hotel or a high rise? Do you like to explore a city while traveling or spend more time relaxing? Do you prefer business class or coach? What is your budget? These questions will help me in the planning process.
This initial consultation can be done in person, by phone, via Zoom, or even email. I work with you in the way that best suits you and your lifestyle. After getting to know you, I begin crafting your dream travel experience.
Step 2: The Research
Researching is the most time consuming part of the process. When a client tells me where they want to visit and when, I research everything. Best flights based on departure city, travel dates (if we see your date is higher than it should be, we advise if you shift you can save a lot of money), connection times, and airlines.
I will recommend which hotels or resorts best fits your interests. If you don't like walking and want a hotel closer to the action, I'll find that hotel. If you want a gym or spa, I'll find that for you. This is where the details matter.
Step 3: Planning and Design
Once your vacation is designed, I will send you a proposal to review. After you give your feedback and I tweak to fit your vision, you will receive a detailed itinerary outlining your travel plans and financial specifics.
You then receive reminders via email regarding upcoming payments that are due.
Typically most trips I plan require a deposit and the balance due one month prior to travel but some do require payments in between. The design process can take a few days or a few weeks depending on how soon you are traveling and where you are going, but things are always wrapped up within 30 days.
Step 4: Manage
I manage your entire trip. I make the bookings (flights if needed, hotels, transportation, trains, tours, etc), process the payments, keep an eye on flight schedule changes (whew there are a lot!) and I stay totally up to date on all travel protocols.
I will send your travel documents and informational emails specific to your destination that will help prepare you to travel. This includes things to know, dress codes, cultural information, and a detailed checklist so you are fully ready to travel. I will obsess over every detail on your behalf.
And last but certainly not least, when it’s finally time for you to travel, I am available to you for any emergency or unexpected travel needs. As you know, life happens and travel can be unpredictable at times, but I am always here for you until you return safely at home. If you are ready to start, I am ready to help!

Our agency knows all inclusive resorts! What destinations have the most to offer? Which are adults only or more suitable for families? Do you need a water park? A butler? A private plunge pool? The good, the bad, and the ugly. We know it and I'll pass all of the information on to you!

Volcanoes, beaches, food, and adventure top the list of reasons why people are dazzled by this region but also due to the shorter travel distance from the US.
It might be closer to home, however the authentic experience will make you feel a world away. I like to think these regions are for the more adventurous and active travelers.
